Oklahoma Veteran Education Specialist Association (OVESA) is a non-profit corporation operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes.  OVESA aims to promote and improve services provided to veterans, military service members, and their dependents in the state of Oklahoma.  OVESA further aims to provide training to, and facilitate collaboration between, institutions servicing those using Veterans Affairs Educational Benefits.  OVESA also seeks to build partnerships between our federal and state entities that service our veterans and their families, and to provide advisory, liaison, and coordinating services regarding educational programs affecting in-service military personnel.
